Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production ML models and AI systems
- Work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Production experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG systems
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
Nice to Have
- Experience building agentic AI systems or autonomous workflows
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Background in NLP or conversational AI
- Experience with multimodal models
