Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential enterprise clients in target industries
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads
- Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide pipeline updates
- Stay current on AI industry trends to engage prospects effectively
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and feedback
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and resilience
- Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn complex products
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market companies
- Background in technology or consulting
- Additional languages (German, Polish) a plus
- Previous experience in AI/ML or data-related sales
