Business Development Representative

About This Role

Be the first point of contact for organizations exploring AI transformation. You'll identify and qualify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and help enterprises understand how Kor.Gy can solve their challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential enterprise clients in target industries
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide pipeline updates
  • Stay current on AI industry trends to engage prospects effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and feedback

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and resilience
  • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn complex products

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market companies
  • Background in technology or consulting
  • Additional languages (German, Polish) a plus
  • Previous experience in AI/ML or data-related sales
