Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET + React)

We are a Poland-based company with Ukrainian roots, operating with a culture of transparency and straightforwardness. We specialize in enterprise software for business customers, particularly in the insurtech domain. We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team remotely. This is a lead role, with the potential for further growth based on performance.

- Work on building an advanced ERP system with underlying AI infrastructure for an insurtech project.

- Lead the project development, being one of the key team members for the ERP product.

- Collaborate with the team and participate in sync meetings.

- Strong knowledge of .NET, React, SQL Server, and T-SQL.

- Experience with writing stored procedures and other DB programmability objects responsible for business logic.

- Understanding of AI and RPA tools would be beneficial.

- Good computer science education (BSc/MSc from a reputable technical university).

- Knowledge of the insurtech domain is preferred. Other relevant fintech experience is welcome.

- Ability to work in Warsaw/Ukraine time zones.
