Project Coordinator

We specialize in building AI-based enterprise software for business.  We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Junior Webflow Developer with design experience to join our team remotely. This is a lead role, with the potential for further growth based on performance.

• Write and publish vacancies, and communicate with candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills.
• Coordinate the work of developers, designers, and other team members.
• Organize and lead team meetings.
• Provide regular updates to management.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in recruiting or coordinating teams is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of software development and design processes.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• This is a remote position
• A contract can be based on Polish (umowa zlecenia) or Ukrainian (private entrepreneur) jurisdictions
• Salary paid in Euros
