Junior Webflow Developer with design experience

We are a Poland-based company with Ukrainian roots, operating with a culture of transparency and straightforwardness. We specialize in building AI-based enterprise software for business.  We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Junior Webflow Developer with design experience to join our team remotely. This is a lead role, with the potential for further growth based on performance.

• Knowledge of processes for turning designs into websites
• Build and customize websites in Webflow based on design mockups
• Ensure responsive and optimized implementation for all devices
• Diagnose and resolve website errors as they arise
• Regularly update content, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure the website remains functional

• Knowledge of Webflow, including experience in building, customizing, and maintaining responsive websites
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Understanding of on-page SEO principles to optimize website performance
• Ability to work in a team

• Remote work
• Contract can be based on Polish (umowa zlecenia) or Ukrainian (private entrepreneur) jurisdictions
