Junior/Trainee AI Developer

We are a Poland-based company with Ukrainian roots, operating with a culture of transparency and straightforwardness. We specialize in building AI based enterprise software for business. We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Junior/Trainee AI Developer to join our team remotely. This is a lead role, with the potential for further growth based on performance.

• Basic knowledge of Python and machine learning concepts.
• Understanding of ML fundamentals, including models and data preparation.
• Familiarity with Google Colab and Jupyter Notebook.
• Interest in working with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or Llama.
• Basic experience with fine-tuning LLMs and working with embeddings.
• Understanding of vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS.

• Assist in developing and testing machine learning models.
• Prepare and process data for training ML models.
• Fine-tune large language models and implement solutions with tools like LangChain.
• Set up and manage vector databases for semantic search and similar tasks.
• Support integrating AI solutions into the company’s infrastructure using Docker and AWS.

• This is a remote position
• Contract can be based on Polish (umowa zlecenia) or Ukrainian (private entrepreneur) jurisdictions
