DevOps Engineer

We are a Poland-based company with Ukrainian roots, operating with a culture of transparency and straightforwardness. We specialize in building AI based enterprise software for business. We are currently seeking a passionate and talented DevOps Engineer to join our team remotely. This is a lead role, with the potential for further growth based on performance.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate and optimize deployment processes, ensuring consistent quality across multiple environments.
• Management and optimization of ELK stack components (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for data logging, monitoring, and visualization helps gain insights from system data.
• Use Docker for containerization to guarantee smooth application development 
• Develop and maintain alert systems to monitor and respond swiftly to potential problems
• Collaborate with software engineers
• Identify infrastructure issues to enhance reliability and performance

• Strong experience in DevOps or experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)

• Understanding Docker orchestration tools and containers
• Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)

• Knowledge of languages such as Bash, Python, and others
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills, ability to work independently

• This is a remote position
• Contract can be based on Polish (umowa zlecenia) or Ukrainian (private entrepreneur) jurisdictions
• Salary paid in Euros
